ABOUT REBEKAH

Coming Home to Myself

I know what it is to become very good at carrying a lot.

For decades, I built a career in corporate risk management — work that trained me to look beneath the surface, recognize patterns, ask better questions and notice connections that aren't always immediately obvious.

It also placed me inside a world that rewarded performance, responsibility and the ability to keep going.

And I became very good at all of those things.

THE JOURNEY WITHIN

Beyond the Roles We Carry

But somewhere along the way, I began to understand that being capable and being connected to yourself are not always the same thing.

I have held many identities and responsibilities in this life: professional, leader, mother, caregiver, creator. I've also lived through experiences that changed the way I understand time, the body and what it means to truly be here — including becoming a breast cancer survivor.

Those experiences didn't give me a neat answer about how life should be lived. They made me more interested in the deeper questions.

What happens when the roles we play become louder than our own inner voice?

What parts of ourselves go quiet while we are busy being everything everyone needs us to be?

And what becomes possible when we finally create enough space to hear ourselves again?

A DIFFERENT WAY FORWARD

Sometimes, it begins with rest.

That curiosity eventually led me deeper into Yoga Nidra, meditation and nervous-system regulation — practices that taught me something very different from the world of constant output.

Sometimes the most meaningful movement doesn't begin with doing more.

It begins with rest.

With noticing.

With allowing the nervous system to soften enough that we can hear what has been underneath the noise all along.

My work brings those worlds together: the pattern recognition and inquiry developed through decades in risk, the lived understanding of high responsibility and high performance, and practices that support nervous-system regulation, deep rest and reconnection.

THE HEART OF THE WORK

Remembering Who You Are

I create Yoga Nidra experiences, guided practices and private Personal Recalibration work for people who are ready to reconnect with themselves beneath all the roles they carry.

I am not here to tell you who you should become.

I am interested in helping you notice what may already be asking for your attention — the patterns ready to shift, the parts of yourself you miss, the things you're ready to release, and the possibilities that begin to emerge when you make room for what feels alive again.

Because I believe there is a difference between reinventing yourself and remembering yourself.

Much of my own journey has been a process of coming home.

And that is the heart of the work I offer now:

Return to you. Remember you.

A recalibration. A reconnection. A homecoming.
